Call to arrange
1. Fill in the transportation plan. 2. Fill in the transportation in transit, delivery situation and tracking feedback form. 3. Computer input.
The team exchange
1. Arrange vehicles according to the delivery direction, weight, volume and overall arrangement.
2. Report the transportation plan to the customer, and confirm the pick-up time at the factory.
Pick up the goods delivery
1. Check the condition of the vehicle.
2. Arrive at the customer pick-up warehouse on time.
3. Handle the delivery procedures.
4, pick up the goods, cover the shed, lock the door.

6. Notify receiving customers of the pre-arrival time by phone.
In transit to track
1. Establish receiving customer files.

3. Contact the receiving customer by phone about the delivery situation.

To sign for it
1. Confirm the arrival time by phone or fax.
2. The driver will send the receipt back to the logistics company by EMS or FAX.
3. Sign the transport bill.
4. Send the receipt to the customer regularly.
5. Feedback the accommodation of the local market to customers in time.
The receipt
1. Arrive at the designated unloading place on time and accurately.
2. Cargo handover.
3. 100% signature, to ensure that the quantity and quality of the shipped products and customers out of the warehouse to a single.
4. Understand the sales situation of the deliveryman to the customer's products in the local market.
The invoicing
According to the agreement of both parties or the content of the contract, the logistics company will deliver the freight to the carrier, and the process is finished after the settlement.
