About Shipping From China to USA&Canada Amazon warehouse
Description
Currently we have 3 solutions for FBA shipping from China to amazon FBA in USA&Canada by DDP terms.
Air freight,Fast sea freight, Slow sea freight and distribute to FBA in USA or Canada
Cargo Requirements
● Commodity with battery or magnetic is accepted, but you must declare it to us in advance. If you do not report it and hide the battery or magnetic, you will be charged a high fine.
● Do not accept any imitation goods, pure battery, concealing will result in high fines.
● Do not accept liquids, powders, food, medicines, flammable and explosive goods, antiques, currency, countries banned exporting goods, airlines and shipping companies banned goods, concealing these goods will result in high fines.
● Asbestos or asbestos-containing products require an import license, concealing them will result in high fines.
● Wooded products, such as wooden crafts, make-up brushes and other wooden products, must have the fumigation certificate. We can apply for fumigation certificate, but extra costs happen as well as more operation time.
● Each item is required to have a unique FNSKU label.
● Strongly recommended that all item be printed with the word "Made in China" or the stick the "Made in China" labeling on each item package.
Outer Carton Requirements
● The outer carton is recommended to use a new and sturdy carton. Do not have the logo or info which is not related to the goods.
● Each outer carton need attach two Amazon shipment label (one on front and one on back), using the clear opp gummed tape or the clear sticker to cover the label.
● We suggest the piece weight of carton be controlled at 12~30Kg/air freight or 12~22Kg/sea freight (if it is exceeded, it must be confirmed in advance to avoid rejection).
● For the dimensions of the outer carton, the longest side should less than 120CM, the shortest side should less than 75CM, and the shortest side *2+ the longest side is less than 330CM (if oversize it must be confirmed in advance to avoid rejection).
● Please use the clear opp gummed tape to seal the carton outer carton, don't use the tape in color.
Documents Requirements
● Commercial invoice and packing list in needed
● Wooded products, such as wooden crafts, make-up brushes and other wooden products, must have the fumigation certificate. We can apply for fumigation certificate, but it will cause additional costs and delay the transportation.
● Asbestos or asbestos-containing products require an import license.
● Special product would be asked the authorization as the customs requests
● If the item has customs clearance issues, please be sure to provide the document as the customs requires
Customs Clearance Process
● We support Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for the FBA shipping from China to amazon FBA in USA, that means we will handle customs clearance, pay import and export dutys, you only need to wait for the goods to be delivered to the FBA warehouse in USA.
● Must be truthfully declared, if the goods is not in accordance with the declaration, the company will not be responsible for the problem, and all consequences and expenses will be borne by the sender.
● Do not maliciously declare low value, otherwise if the customs find out would cause goods be detained directly.The sender need to pay for the second customs clearance fee, storage fee, fines, etc.

● Some cargo would be asked the authorization as the customs requests.

Compensations
● For goods that are not insured, if the goods are lost or damaged, the maximum amount of compensation based on the declared value of the goods and shall not exceed usd $100.
● The freight charges will not be returned as it happened.
The following situations would not be compensated:
● If there is any infringement problem, we will not bear any responsibility and reserve the right to pursue the damages caused by the sender.
● If the goods are not declared according to the actual, infringement of intellectual property rights, the local ban on imports and other reasons cause customs detained goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation, we only assists the shipper to clear customs.
● If the quality of the goods itself and the specific certification issues are involved, no compensation will be accepted.
● In case of war, natural disasters and other irresistible factors cause goods be lost or damaged, no compensation will be accepted.
● If the product has not "Made in China" label cause customs detained goods, no compensation will be accepted.
● During the shipping, if there are flight delays, delays in customs clearance, etc., cause the delivery delay will not accept compensation.
● If only seldom item is missing, no compensation will be accepted. For customs might take some item for checking, especially small goods.
● Fragile goods will have not any compensation.
Insurance
You can purchase insurance for your goods, our insurance business partner has different insurance according to different goods, and have different deductibles.
Others
● Extra cost will happen if the customer needs to waiting or change the consignee address, etc. after the goods left our warehouse.
● Holidays and busy tight season will affect the transit time.
